Immunization Guidance

Where can my student get immunizations?

The Oregon Health Authority requires that schools intending to resume in-person education or activities during the 2021-22 school year submit student immunization records to the state.  TTSD is committed to returning to in-person learning when the state metrics allow it. 

Students whose immunizations are not complete, or who do not have an exemption for immunizations by February 17, 2021, will be excluded from participation in any in-person activities on school campuses.  This includes, but is not limited to, in-school learning and extracurricular activities (such as sports, music, clubs, band, etc.). 

Please contact your student’s health care provider to schedule an appointment for any missing immunizations.  The TTSD School Based Health Centers also give immunizations by appointment:
